1. Our designs
All designs sold on upfinityco.com are original works created by or for EVERSTONE A2N LLC. We do not sell licensed characters or third-party brand designs. Our designs, files, photos, videos, renders and product descriptions are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed or sold without our written permission, except as allowed by our License Agreement.
2. Reporting unauthorized use of our work
If you find our files being shared or sold, our photos being used by another seller, or prints being sold from files not purchased from us, please email upfinity.com@gmail.com with a link or other details.
3. Reporting infringement of your rights
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material available on our Website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us and provide enough information for us to review the matter, including:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the work or rights you believe are being infringed;
- identification of the material you believe is infringing, including the relevant URL or product page where possible;
- an explanation of why you believe the material infringes your rights; and
- confirmation that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint.

5. Our response
We will review copyright and intellectual property complaints in good faith and may request additional information where necessary.
Where we reasonably determine that material infringes the rights of another person or entity, we may remove or disable access to that material, suspend the relevant account or take other appropriate action.
Where appropriate, we may also notify the person who provided the affected material and give them an opportunity to respond.
6. Repeat infringement
We may suspend or close accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others or who repeatedly submit or distribute infringing material through the Website.
